2 radishes, sliced 400g lentils, cooked and drained 5 roasted bell peppers A handful of olives 3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoon olive oil Grated cheese -1 00g ( optional ) 2 small lettuce leaves
Tip the lentils and salads into a bowl with radishes, olives, vinegar and oil, and mix well. Season to taste. Separate the lettuce leaves and put onto a large plate. Spoon the lentil salad over and sprinkle grated cheese (optional ). Try this healthy salad.
