I haven’t found many high-quality, low-cost eCookbooks with recipes for quick light meals. Have you?

And it’s rare to find one with nutritional or Weight Watchers PointsPlus information.

So, I was happy to find  Quick and Light: Healthy Recipes You’ll Fall in Love With  by Janie Samuels on Amazon for just $2.99.

This book is filled with recipes for the quick light meals she likes. And a few desserts too.

I enjoyed reading these recipes. I was salivating. Janie cooks with the ingredients and flavors I like. All the recipes include nutritional information and Weight Watchers PointsPlus values too.

What are the negatives? This e-cookbook has no Photographs. A few recipes include expensive ingredients: filet mignon and lamb chops. And there may be some typos. For example, the Cheesy Zucchini Rotini calls for 1 tablespoon italian seasoning. This seems like a lot for a dish with only two servings.
