Autumn leaves present multiple nature craft opportunities for kids. These pumpkin suncatchers were a lot of fun to do.
Send the kids out to gather some pretty leaves.
Get two identical in size sheets of contact paper, a pair of scissors and some tape.
Place the leaves on one sheet of contact paper ( on the sticky side.) Try to arrange the leaves in a pumpkin-like pattern. Attach a leaf that looks like pumpkin stem on top (or use a twig.) Carefully, cover with the other sheet of contact paper ( sticky side towards the leaves.) Using tape, attach to the window.
The whole thing took us ten minutes and made the window very pretty.
