Happy Thursday....Friday's just around the corner! It was suppose to be sunny here today, but we have clouds instead...go figure! Oh well, I celebrated the clouds..lol!...with a Pumpkin Pie Frappe by www.irawvegan.blogspot.com . 1/2 cup pumpkin 1 cup milk Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, to taste (I used pumpkin pie spice) Stevia 1 T. maple syrup Pure vanilla extract Ice also, I added some iced pumpkin spice decaf coffee It is such creamy goodness!
You can't beat....greek yogurt, pumpkin, pomegranate arils, and a piece of this (granola bars):
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth, but still with some texture. Press evenly into an 8" square on a parchment lined pan. Bake at 300 for about 10 - 15 mins. or till lightly brown. Let cool then cut into squares. Freeze if want too! I have posted about this, I believe two weeks ago!
