Pumpkin Breakfast Smoothie

When you roast a  giant pumpkin, you end up having pumpkin for breakfast, just to get rid of this thing. Actually, pumpkin in a breakfast smoothie tastes unbelievable! What I like about this particular breakfast smoothie recipe is how nourishing it is: you won’t be hungry till lunch.

Rich in fiber, protein, iron, zinc, B-vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids this is also a great sweet smoothie for kids. Made with  pumpkin seed milk  it’s the real deal: 100% pumpkin.
