Prawns – 250 g , wash and devein prawns Turmeric powder – 1teaspoon Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon Curry leaves - 10 Salt to taste Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon
Method
Wash and devein the prawns. Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and pepper powder . Keep aside for 1 hour. In a frying pan , heat oil . Arrange prawns , curry leaves and shallow fry till golden colour and crisp . Stir occasionally. Serve hot with rice. Taste's totally different from normal fried prawns. Speciality of this recipe is frying prawns with shell. So you can enjoy the crispness......
