Deveining of prawns

You can devein prawns with the help of '' Tweezers ''



Hold the prawns with left hand. Move the shell of prawn's head.



Insert tweezers slowly and pull out the black colour vein

Hold the prawn with left hand. Move the shell of the prawn’ s head . Insert the tweezers and slowly pull out the black colour vein.

Ingredients for prawns fry ( Prawns fry with shell )

Prawns – 250 g , wash and devein prawns
Turmeric powder – 1teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon

Method

Wash and devein the prawns. Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and pepper powder . Keep aside for 1 hour. In a frying pan , heat oil . Arrange prawns , curry leaves and shallow fry till golden colour and crisp . Stir occasionally. Serve hot with rice. Taste's totally different from normal fried prawns. Speciality of this recipe is frying prawns with shell. So you can enjoy the crispness......
