Here’s what you need to make acorns and an owl:
Acorns are really easy to make and my 2 year old twins felt very accomplished when they managed to make a pile of play dough acorns. I taught them how to make a small play dough ball and put an acorn’s hat on it and they succeeded right away:
To make an owl, make a play dough pancake. Split its bottom into two legs. Add leaves for wings, acorn hats for the eyes and an acorn for a beak. My preschooler loved making owls!
