Ingredients 440 g noodles 30 ml refined oil 320 g lean lamb, chopped 30 g red / yellow peppers, chopped 20 g ginger, chopped 20 g garlic, chopped 20 g onion , chopped 20 g spring onion, chopped 8g black peppercorn, crushed 30 ml Chinese cooking wine 30 ml soy sauce 20 g red chilli paste Seasoning to taste 30 ml corn flour Coriander leaves for garnishing Method
1, Boil the noodles and keep hot in a steamer. 2, Saute the ginger, garlic , onions and spring onions in the oil. 3, Add the lamb and sauté well. 4, Add the rest of the ingredients and reduce the flame . Cook till done. 5, Serve the lamb piping hot on top of the noodles. Garnish with coriander leaves.
