Pasta with pesto,potatoes and beans.

Ingredients

350gm dried pasta shapes,such as germelli or fusili or eliche

175gm fine french beans,roughly chopped

175gm small potatoes,thickly sliced

250gm pesto sauce

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese[ or another hard cheese]to serve

Method

Boil water in large pan.Add pasta, bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.Add beans and potatoes to pan;boil a further 7-8 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.Drain pasta,beans and potatoes in colander,then dip everything back into pan and stir in pesto.Serve with freshly grated Parmesan stirred in.
