Parfait for breakfast

I was perusing a recipe site my husband and I use frequently and I found a great one for breakfast parfaits.

It's as simple as this: layer your favourite cereal (they suggest Shreddies, Alpha-bits, or Cranberry Almond Crunch) with fresh berries and yogurt.

It's low in fat (4.4 grams) and calories (244) and looks great too. Also, it takes about 5 minutes to prepare it.
