Panch Phoren Tarkari

Ingredients

100 g french beans
100g carrot
2 potatoes
1 medium brinjal
100 g pumpkin
2 green chillies
2 red dried chillies
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar


PaanchPhoren ( paanchphoren should be coarsely ground )

Saunf -1/2 teaspoon
Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Methi seeds - 1/2 seeds
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Kalaunji - 1/2 teaspoon

2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon oil
A pinch of turmeric
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon grated coconut

Method

Cut vegetables into small squares. Heat oil and add coarsely ground paanchphoren and other spices. Add vegetable and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add water, milk, and cook till soft and water is absorbed. Serve with rice .
