GOURMET TOP RAMEN
1 package Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup
2 c. water
3 quarter sized slices of ginger
1 clove of garlic smashed or sliced
2 snack size carrots sliced
1/8 c. of green peas (frozen or fresh)
1 c. sliced baby green spinach
1 egg optional
sesame oil
hot pepper sauce
In medium saucepan combine soup flavoring packet, water, ginger, garlic, carrots and peas. Bring to boil. Add a raw egg to the boiling soup if you want more protein. Place spinach in the bottom of a large soup bowl. When noodles are al dente, pour hot soup over the spinach in the bowl. Season with a couple of drops of seseme oil and hot pepper sauce if desired.
Eat with chopsticks and a spoon. Slurp a lot and enjoy!
