Nimki Peas Chaat

Ingredients

For the Nimkis:

100 g refined flour
2 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

For Chaat:

1 potatodiced and fried
50 g boiled green peas
1 tomatodeseeded and finely chopped
1 cucumberdeseeded and finely chopped
2 springs coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Chaat masala as required
3 tablespoon red chutney powder ( red chillies soaked and ground with salt )
4 tablespoon green chutney ( coriander mixed with green chillies and lemon and ground with salt )
5 tablespoon sweet chutney ( jaggery and tamarind pulp mixed together )
Sev for decoration

Method

For the Nimkis:

Make a soft dough by mixing the refined flouroil and salt.

Roll out thin rotis. Cut into tiny nimkis.

Fry and keep aside.

For Chaat:

Mix all the ingredients properly in perfect proportion with Nimki.

Decorate with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
