100 g refined flour 2 teaspoon oil Salt to taste Oil to fry
1 potatodiced and fried 50 g boiled green peas 1 tomatodeseeded and finely chopped 1 cucumberdeseeded and finely chopped 2 springs coriander leaves Salt to taste Chaatmasala as required 3 tablespoon red chutney powder ( red chillies soaked and ground with salt ) 4 tablespoon green chutney ( coriander mixed with green chillies and lemon and ground with salt ) 5 tablespoon sweet chutney ( jaggery and tamarind pulp mixed together ) Sev for decoration
For the Nimkis:
Make a soft dough by mixing the refined flouroil and salt.
Roll out thin rotis. Cut into tiny nimkis.
Fry and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients properly in perfect proportion with Nimki.
