My new cookbook: Recipes From The Gluten & Allergen Free Expo

I am thrilled to finally be able to share with everyone the pre-published version of Recipes From The Gluten & Allergen Free Expo. We will be selling 300 copies of the book at the upcoming GFAF Expo.
All of the best Expo recipes from the last 4 years will be in the book. Plus, I have thrown in some of my own personal favorite recipes.
All the recipes are gluten free. Most are dairy free and many are allergen free. Each recipe indicates which allergens it contains and I have included my own tips on how to make the recipes more allergen friendly.
You can get the book next weekend at The Gluten & Allergen Free Expo at the Wyndham Hotel in Lisle, IL. The vendor fair will be open from 10-4 on Friday through Sunday (4/29-5/1). The book will be at the book table.
