Clean mushrooms and remove stalk.
Apply with 3 tablespoon corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry mushroom. Do not reduce the heat to medium or low. Keep aside.
For black pepper sauce:
In another frying pan, heat 2 teaspoon oil. Add 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper and red chilli paste. Saute for 2 minutes on a low heat.
Add chopped garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add onion and fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add chopped bell peppers. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add vegetable stock, soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste, diluted corn flour and fried mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients well. Sprinkle extra crushed pepper. Cook till the gravy thickens and dark in color. Serve with noodles.
