Mushroom Kurkure

Ingredients

Mushroom – 8 pieces ( big )
Khoya ( thickened milk ) – 25 g
Processed cheese ( grated ) – 25 g
Red capsicum – 10 g
Yellow capsicum – 10 g
Green capsicum – 10 g
Green chillies- 5 g
Ginger – 5 g
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 2 g
Corn flour – 150 g
Maida ( all purpose flour )- 50 g
Shahijeera – 2 g
Water – 100 ml
Oil – 300 ml


Method

1, Wash and clean the mushrooms.
2, Mix all the ingredients with grated cheese, khoya and vegetables ( cut in small cubes ) , and mix well.
3, Make the batter of corn flour and maida with water in a 2 :1 ratio.
4, Now, add the mushroom to the vegetable and khoya mixture. Roll it slowly.
5,Dip in the batter and deep fry.
6, Serve with mint chutney.
