Murg Lazzeez ( Nawabi Cuisine )

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

1 kg chicken breast
200 g chicken mince
50 g onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ( 5 g ) cardamom powder
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
Salt to taste
200 g browned onion paste
20 g cashew nut paste
Oil as required
40 g ginger - garlic paste
150 g curd
Salt to taste

Method

Clean and wash chicken breast pieces.

Make the stuffing by mixing chicken mince with salt, white pepper powder, cardamom powder and chopped onion.

Now stuff the chicken breast with the mince stuffing.

Heat oil in a kadai and add ginger - garlic paste. Add browned onion paste. Add chicken breast and cook.

When the chicken is nearly half cooked, add beaten curd and cashew nut paste. Cook well and adjust seasoning.
