Most italian birthday parties I went to in Italy there is a lot of pizza, sandwich with salame and prosciutto. But here I'm in another country, most Italian products I do not find them and hey I can still improvise and come up with an italian touch birthday wherever I am
I'm preparing for 22 children, just a snack and Cake. Since every party I have seen around their is always a chocolate cake I decided to do it in a different way just for a change.
2 Cakes - One filled with Italian Pastry Cream and decorated with fruits the other a sponge cake with fruit filling on top.
Then some small Pizza's to accompany. I hope the kids enjoy.
