Mixed Vegetable Subzi A tasty and nutritious home style dry subzi (without gravy) goes well as a side dish with rotis / rice (also without extra spices) !!! Serves: 2 Ingredients 1 tablespoon oil 1 onion, finely sliced 2 carrots ( medium size), cut into thin slices 8 French beans, cut into thin slices ¼ cup (50 g ), finely shredded cabbage (pick tender leaves and remove thick nerves )
