Mint leaves - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - 1 cup Green chillies - 2 ( chopped ) Garlic -2 cloves Salt - to taste Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
Method
Blend all the above ingredients in a food processor to a smooth paste , adding very little water if required. You can use this as a dip sauce, salad dressing or topping.
