440 g diced silken tofu 240 g tenderioin mince 30 ml refined oil 5 g chilli flakes 40 g black beans paste 30 ml soy sauce 30 ml Chinese cooking wine 20 g ginger, chopped 20 g garlic , chopped 20 g onion, chopped 60 ml stock 30 ml corn flour , dissolved Seasoning to taste
1, In a wok , sauté the chilli in oil , add the garlic, ginger , onion and sauté.
2, Add the tenderioin mince and sauté well . Add the black bean paste , soy sauce , Chinese wine and the seasoning.
3, Add the tofu and the stock and simmer for some time. Add seasoning and con flour. Serve.
