Recipe 1. Preheat oven to 190˚C. Mix the maple syrup and mustard together. 2. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 rashers of bacon - one across the width and one lengthways. 3. Place the chicken breasts on a roasting tray and cover by brushing with the maple syrup/mustard mix. 4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes then serve.
