I always buy too many peaches, freeze those that are about to get bad and later make smoothies out of them. Recently upon surfing the net , I found a bunch of blogs reposting the same recipe for raw peach ice cream ( just blend frozen peaches on high for 5 minutes and add agave, if you wish.) Since I also had some frozen mango cubes, I decided to be creative in the raw ice cream department. I didn’t put any agave syrup in this soft serve-like ice cream, but I did put some peach jam on top -heavenly! My oldest ate a huge bowl and I didn’t feel guilty for feeding it to him, because it was so healthy!
4 frozen peaches
3 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
1 cup frozen mango cubes
Blend everything on high for 5 minutes and add agave, if you wish. You will probably need to mix the contents of the blender a few times in order to make sure the mixture stays smooth.
