Maggi Ginger and Fresh Herb Noodles

Cooking Time-6 minutes
Preparation Time-5 minutes
Serves- 4 People


Ingredients

3 cups water
2 packets MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Beef flavour
1 tsp grated fresh root ginger
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs - coriander, chives, parsley, mint


Method

Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. Break the noodles and add to the pan with the contents of the flavour sachets. Cook the noodles for 2 minutes, then drain. Add the ginger and herbs to the noodles, and toss well. Serve immediately.
