Maggi Baby Zucchini Stuffed with Shrimps and Cheese

10 baby zucchinis
150 g peeled shrimps, chopped and cleaned
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup mozzarella cheese or 50 g, grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Pinch chilli powder
2 eggs, lightly blended
1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix
2 cups oil for deep frying


Hallow the zucchini then peel them carefully.

Combine shrimps, garlic, cheese, parsley and spices, and then stuff the zucchini.

Dip stuffed zucchini in eggs then roll in MAGGI® Coating Mix .

Deep fry in 180°C preheated oil for 8-10 minutes or until it gets golden brown.

Serve with salad or fried potato.
