An interestingly different version of scotch eggs prepared with Maggi noodles
PREPARATION TIME : 20 mins COOKING TIME : 15 mins SERVES : 8
INGREDIENTS
MAGGI 2-Minutes Noodles Masala -2 packs
Potatoes, boiled and mashed -2 medium
Eggs, hard boiled and shelled -4
Oil -For frying
METHOD
1. Prepare MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles as per instructions on the pack. Keep aside to cool.
2. Mix the mashed potatoes well with the prepared noodles. Divide into four portions.
3. Flatten each portion and place the boiled egg in the centre. Cover each egg on all sides with the noodle mixture. Smoothen the noodles covering taking care to cover the egg completely. Repeat with the remaining eggs & noodles.
