What was the PointsPlus value of my lunch? I’m not sure. The truth is that I’m not routinely tracking these days. I’ve told myself that as long as I weigh in every month at or under goal I don’t have to. Instead my focus is on tuning into my body, eating when I’m hungry, eating what my body wants, and stopping when I’m no longer hungry. The more I practice this, the easier it gets and the better I get at it.
I ate half the wrap and most of the potato salad and brought the rest home. Eating out gets a lot more economical when you routinely end up with two meals for the price of one
