9 Mile run at a 9:44 pace.. NEW PR! I know I can improve and hopefully get to a 9 min mile pace for my half marathon!
Level 3 of the Shred… it was WAY EASY.. it just goes to show how much stronger I’ve gotten- I remember when that workout was tough!
But I needed something light since I was tired from my run and late night out on Saturday!
I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast in cycles.. it used to be cereal, then oats and now this combo! Its the one meal I really just don’t care enough to think about and tend to just eat the same thing because it sounds good!
And when I think about it…. my whole family is this way! My dad is a pineapple cottage cheese for breakfast lover, my mom has always been a yogurt and granola mess gal and my brother is a cereal fiend. We all have our breakfast ruts!
