No I didn't give the chicken too much hard liquor. Loaded chicken is one of my favorite dishes at a local chain restaurant. The only problem is the calories it has. The dish is grilled chicken (which seems a little greasy) with bacon, cheese and green onions on top. I like to fix this dish at home and make it a lot lighter and just as tasty. We grill our boneless skinless chicken breast without adding oil to it. Sprinkle a small amount of low fat cheese on top. Then add cooked diced turkey bacon. To top it off, sprinkle on the chopped green onions. This is a much lighter version of the recipe.
