Some days you want something light and fruity. Layered smoothies are so pretty, I often feel bad about drinking them. And when I do, I turn into my two year old daughter: first I sample the top layer with a spoon, then I mix the whole thing with the straw, to see how it looks when the layers are combined, and then I slowly inhale it. Pure nirvana and zero alcohol.
If you have no kefir and yogurt ( vegan or not,) milk of your choice is a decent substitute.
