Wow. I just hopped into my pajamas after an extremely necessary shower. This evening, at the Jewish Community Center, I prepared and fried my body weight in latkes (potato pancakes). Have you ever friend anything? It’s actually quite frightening… not just the oodles of shortening used to fry those suckers, but they splatter so violently! The latkes are for the Jewish Food and Arts Festival this weekend… Mazel tov! They sell like hot cakes! (pun intended)… Then I went with my friend to help her ask this fella to Winter Formal! It was insanely fun… I sprinted up a hill with hail hitting my face!
When I got home from school, I ate this perfect pear… and before heading off to the JCC, I prepared this suprisingly scrumptious salad…(whole head of organic romaine, few handfuls of spinach, garbanzos, avocado, peas, crushed ‘Food Should Taste Good’ Sweet Tater’ chips, and an olive-balsamic vinegar dressing)
it was devoured.
I proceeded to mix one of favorite my canned buddies of beta-carotene with some stevia, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and pp spice and enjoyed a few spoonfuls of non-bake pumpkin pie for dessert… I plan to use it in oatmeal in the morning (swoooon)
