Knorr Punjabi Chana Masala, Chinese Hakka Noodles & Paneer Schezuan

In a pressure cooker add 3/4 cup soaked chana ( soaked for 6 -7 hours ), 1 1/2 cup fresh water , 1 teaspoon oil and 1 pack Knorr Ready to Cook Punjabi ChanaMasala.

Put the cooker on high heat. After 2 whistles, lower the flame and allow to cook for 30 minutes. Keep aside for some time. Open the cooker. Garnish with coriander leaves and onion wedges.

knorrChinese Hakka Noodles

Boil 100 g noodles in 1 litre water with some oil. Strain and cool . Keep aside.

Chop and fry 1/4 cabbage , 1 carrot , 1 onion and 1 capsicum for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and 1 pack Knorr Chinese Hakka Noodles Recipe Mix. Stir continuously till it begins to boil.

Add boiled noodles , mix well on low heat till they are evenly coated with the mixture. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.


Cut 200 g paneer into small pieces, coat each pieces with cornflour and deep fry,. Keep aside.

Chop and fry 1 capsicum and 1 onion for 1minute. add 3 cups water and 1 pack Knorr Chinese Schezuan Recipe Mix. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add fried paneer and cook further for 1 minute or till sauce is thick. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
