Knorr chilly chicken noodles

You will need

100 g noodles ( 1 packet )

Cooking oil – 1teaspoon ( for boiling noodles )

100 g boneless chicken

Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon

¼ cabbage
¼ cup carrot
1 onion
1 capsicum
2 spring onions


1 pack of Knorr Chinese Chili Make – a- Meal powder

1 red capsicum for garnishing


Method

Cut chicken into strips, sprinkle some salt & pepper, and marinate for half an hour.

Boil noodles in half litre water with 1 teaspoon oil.

In a wok / frying pan , heat 2 tablespoon oil. Stir fry the shredded vegetables for 1-2 minutes . Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook till the chicken pieces are cooked.

Add 450 ml ( 3 cups ) water along with the entire contents of Knorr Chinese Chilli pack, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add boiled noodles, mix well and cook further for 1 minute.

Garnish with shredded red capsicum.

Serve hot.

Tip - For vegetable chilli noodles remove chicken and increase vegetables of your choice in the above recipe.
