Everyone knows that green juice is incredibly nutritious and this kiwi, pear, apple and ginger juice is no exception. It’s a really great early autumn juice, bursting with vitamin C, which everyone always needs as the weather cools and we all desperately try to fight of the impending winter colds! Did you know that kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges? Even better though, it is so incredibly delicious. The sweetness of the apples and pears is perfectly dampened by the slightly sharper flavour of the kiwis to create a unique tanginess, which is seriously enhanced by the almost spicy nature of the ginger. This little knob of ginger will also do your body wonders, it is unbelievably good for calming and soothing your digestive system to help it function even better, which makes this juice a perfect breakfast fix. A glass of this with a slice of buckwheat toast slathered in almond butter and sliced banana is my favourite way to start the day at the moment. Give it a try, it is health heaven!

- 2 pears
- 2 red apples
- 1 hunk of ginger

Top tip though – juice the ginger at the same time as the apple to get its maximum flavour.
