Kangaroo and salad

130g Naturoo Lemon and Wattleseed Kangaroo, grilled medium-rare
3/4 red potato, smashed and roasted
Crunchy Asian slaw - coleslaw, fat free thousand island dressing and sprinkle of noodles
Teresa Cutter's Guacamole Bean Salad
tin kidney beans rinsed
tin of corn niblets rinsed
2 snipped shallots
1 capsicum(pepper) diced
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
Lime juice
chilli (I used Nando's chili/lime marinade)
cumin (ground)
sea salt
1 avocado diced
bunch of coriander, torn

Macros: 37g carb, 41.5g protein, 5 g fat 359kcal
