Spices :
1 teaspoon black cardamom seeds 1 teaspoon green cardamom seeds , 1 teaspoon coriander seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon white pepper 2 cloves
Dry roast above spices on a low heat and make a powder in a mixer.
Method
1, Mince the meat till very smooth. Add papaya paste, salt , all powdered spices , onions , khoya, poppy seeds , ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon pure ghee , green chillies and gram flour. Blend well and keep aside for 15 – 20 minutes.
2, Heat skewers slightly and grease with ghee.
3, Take a portion of mince mixture and spread on skewers with slightly wet hands.
4, Roast in an oven or grill on a medium heat till they turn golden brown in color.
5, Take out from the rod with the help of cloth and serve hot with onion – tomato rings and mint chutney.
