itchy red patch on lower tummy driving me mad presrcibed anti-fungal craem but not working currently.

Had this a while and it has discoloured my skin, thought it was an allergy to

metal buttons on jeans etc, so tried covering rivets etc, to no avail

I have been using the Canasten cream 3 days, no better at all.
