That’s what the library is like. I’ve been spending many an hour tucked away on the third floor in the German studies area. I have to say it’s really hot up there, like dripping sweat hot. I guess it’s kinda like getting a mini workout being up there, climbing up and down stepstools to get my books down.
Yesterday was just one of those days that I did my thing and food was kinda an afterthought. I have a ton of stuff I need to get done, so that definitely took priority.
I’m seriously in love with eggs… I really don’t know why this has happened. For the longest time, I had an aversion to eggs, so it’s kinda odd to me. I guess I’m just making up time! This had a little bit of mozzerella on it, which gave it a little bit of a salty kick!
I had breakfast kinda late, so I headed off to school and forgot my water bottle. That was seriously tragic! But I survived. After three hours of rousing discussion about social theory and our papers, I was ready for some food. When coming home, I seriously didn’t want anything complicated. So I just heated up leftover pizza and some carrot sticks. I swear the pizza was even better the day after!
After putzing around and doing a whole lot of laundry, J finally made his way home. He was starving, so I just made something quick and easy for him. Some turkey sausage and buttered noodles. I’m not going to lie, I had a little bit, as well as the rest of my veggie soup.
Dessert was something that I have not had in a long time… strawberries and some fat free cool whip. It was super good, although I’ve found that the cool whip gets an odd texture after sitting in the fridge for a week unopened. At least now I know and now have room in my freezer for it!
SO I’m off to Primate Evolution class, I’m sure will get to play with bones again today…
