I feel like I've learned a bunch from this willpower challenge, and not just that I'm not awesome at taking time for myself. I've realized a lot about what it is that holds me back in life in general, and identified some things that need to be addressed throughout my life, not just in my fitness. I knew this probably wasn't going to be a checklist and you're done kind of thing, but I'm a little surprised at what it actually unearthed for me.
