How to Caramelize Onions?
Caramelized crispy onions are enhance the taste of biryanis, pulao
, soup , haleem, dals .. and also very useful for decoration.
Makes: ½ cup
3 tablespoon oil
2 onions (medium size), thinly sliced (separate each layer)
½ teaspoon sugar
Heat oil in a frying pan / karahi on a medium heat.
