how do i know if i'm having a muscle spasm in my stomach? and what can I do about it?

for the past few days, I feel  a  moving in my stomach, like when you get a muscle spasm in your biceps or triceps or quadruceps; it doesn't hurt at all, but keeps on recurring a few times a day...
