How about loosing weight rapidly and easily

Plan healthy meals
When I bake for example I reduce the sugars and butter the recipe requires
Reduce snacks like chocolates, icecreams etc
Check my soup recipes and make sure that you have atleast 2 portions a week
Drink water instead of fizzy drinks etc
Lucky to be in Bangkok there is always appetite for fruits as it is always very hot here (mangos, watermelon and pineapple)
