Homemade Wellness Lemonade

Everyone knows that it’s important to drink when you’re sick. Now, try and explain it to kids without the help of a bottle of sweet juice or a soda. This homemade wellness lemonade has tons of vitamin C, raw honey, ginger: all the typical “get-well” ingredients. It is very tasty, too. My kids drink a lot of this lemonade and ask for more. Since it takes me 5 minutes to make it, I don’t mind.

Cayenne pepper is optional. Cayenne increases circulation and aids in mucus removal.
