Healthy Menus to jump-start your Spring!

Finally the sun was out today the thermometer showed above 40 and I glanced at the covered bar-b-cue in anticipation of Spring – Summer fun-time cook outs. I am determined to eat more fish less meat – more green veggies and fewer bad carbs.  Here are some wonderful menus to jump-start your spring with a healthier lifestyle! Like - Baked Fillet of Salmon with Asparagus and Caper-Enriched Lemon Sauce http://www.perriconemd.com/category/perricone+lifestyle/recipes.do I love raspberries or mandarin oranges in my spinach salads ;)
