Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Posted Dec 04 2012 5:30am

It is that time of year when the holiday parties start flowing!

Between the copious amounts of appetizers, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages and endless desserts I figured you could use a healthified appetizer to bring to your next shin-dig!

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip:
prep time: 5 minutes
bake time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 16oz container of plain fat free greek yogurt (I used Chobani )
2 10oz cans of shredded chicken
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degress F
2.) In a bowl mix yogurt, chicken, hot sauce
3.) Pour into baking dish, sprinkle shredded cheese over top
4.) Bake for 20 minutes
5.) Serve with celery or crackers

What is your favorite dip?
spinach and artichoke dip!
What is your favorite thing about holiday parties?
Besides getting together with people it would have to be the dessert a table :)
