1 egg 1 cheese cube [ grated ] 1 onion [ cut into cubes] (alternately small onions 5 nos - peeled and chopped) 2 teaspoon milk Salt and Pepper [optional ] 1/2 teaspoon oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients together exept salt and pepper. Heat frying pan, smear 1/2 teaspoon oil. Pour the mixture and spread evenly. Cover with a lid. Cook on a slow flame till brown. Turn it over and cook other side. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Remove and serve hot.

Cheese omelette
3 slices of whole wheat bread ( toasted)
1 glass milk
Cheese omelette
1 egg
1 cheese cube [ grated ]
1 onion [ cut into cubes]

Salt and Pepper [optional ]
1/2 teaspoon oil
Method
Turn it over and cook other side.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Remove and serve hot.
