EAT ONE / SOME FOOD(S) FROM EACH OF THESE GROUPS DAILY

Fruits : Apple, Banana, Papaya, Mango, Guava, Pear, Gooseberry, Grape, Orange and Watermelon.

Vegetables:Potato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Lime, Radish, Turnip, Tomato, Lime, , Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrot, Asperagus, Spinach, Coconut and Bitter gourd.

Grains & Pulses: Beans, Peas, Gram, Dal, Wheat, Brown Rice, Peanuts and Nuts.

Dairy Product: Skimmed Milk and Curd.

Miscellanious: Honey, Dry Fruit and Vegetable Oils.

Fluids: Water, Fruit Juices, Vegetable Juices , Butter milk and Lassi.
