I love making kabobs. You can pull out whatever you?ve got lying around and have something tasty in minutes. The sticks are cheap, costing just about a dollar where I live. All you have to do is soak them in water for awhile. I like to make them using turkey, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, mushrooms and pineapple. Marinate your turkey at least an hour before cooking. You can use your favorite homemade marinade or find a healthy one at your local market.
