Happy New Year!! I hope you were able to ring in the New Year with friends, family and loved ones!
Our evening was low key just the way we like it!
I am not one for resolutions simply because I never keep them. My go to resolution was usually to work on my posture and I would always say I wanted to lose weight even though I didn’t need to.
But not this year, no false resolutions! This year I am coming up with goals! I have big dreams and I am hoping to get some of those dreams in motion this year!
Goals for 2013
Appreciate and love my body even more then I have already learned to
Become a part time health coach in the hopes that it transpires into a full time job
Conduct workshops at local coffee shops, library’s and schools (starting this one with a bang, I will be doing my first workshop at work tomorrow!)
Meet my health coach who helped me get through my program
Attend more blogger conferences, meet more blogger’s
Think long and hard about running the Marathon in memory of the lives lost in the Newtown Shooting (a marathon is never something I thought about doing but I feel like this race has so much more meaning then just being a marathon)
Run the Women’s More/Fitness Magazine Half Marathon again
Run the Rochester Half again
Run the Fairfield Half I skipped out on last year
Add a new Half marathon
Run a 10k race
Try Crossfit and get Jeff to do it with me
Stop being so hard on myself
Stop stressing about money every single second!
