Happy Birthday Cook Me Healthy!

I would like to say Happy Birthday to my blog!! I remember starting this blog last year, inspired to help home cooks cook real food. And along the way, I have certainly seen my own diet change- we order take-out probably once or twice a month, as compared to once a week a few years ago, we cook at home at least 4-5 times per week, as compared to 2-3 times a few years ago, and when we eat out, we seek well-prepared and thoughtful food. My husband and I have also incorporated exercise into our daily routines, as opposed to a few times a month (all the while paying an expensive gym membership no less), and feel much fitter and happier.
Going forward, I can't wait to share more recipes and fitness and nutrition ideas with all of you!
